    It's an off-putting tag and I don't play many of them. Makes me feel like the story is going to be cheap and not worth reading. And like others have said, it's too niche. Even if I know the source material, I don't often feel inclined to play a parody of it.

    It depends on how coherent the criticism is, but I mostly try to ignore it. Plenty of games that I expected to be good based on the ratings have disappointed me. One person's meat is another's poison. It's a bit like movies, sometimes they can be shit but YOU like it so who cares what anyone...
