It depends. Like one of my favorites is a game call Hillside. It has a good story and soild on the sex and nude scenes. -

It depends on the usage. It's for something minor and not to noticeable then okay. If it something major and noticeable then it sucks. -
Death stranding or ghost of tsushima?
Ghost of Tsushima. Gameplay wise and story wise. Just fun. Running around taking down enemies with your sword and bow.
