While there was a lot of new releases in 2024 I don't think anything stuck with me that I would follow.
There were a few good demos but nothing that really stod out.
I would even wager I tried less games than ever cause of how bad and saturated the market got once majority of new titles had...
Photo Hunt has progressed way past slow burn but is still an insanely strong title.
Another persons did mention Summer Story but I will again. Game is getting another update here soon and it is finally getting very spicy.
Winter season can be tough for a lot of people. Specially if you live in the Northern countries.
But very solid advice otherwise and it can sometimes be about just creating habits and if the old habits have become stale and boring to dare something new.
"Take the student loan it is the best loan you could ever take and you should"
Looking at todays market and economy of my country I am VERY GLAD I never did.
I don't play as many games from the start but I do play every single update of a game after if I get interested in it even if the update is focused on a girl I might not have been chasing.
Agree with this. The tag itself is pretty much a split from "taboo" back in the day.
Most games make it clear very early on what the tag itself implies and usually the information is plastered on either the synopsis of a games page or first few comments.
Watched/followed threads on sites like this help out a lot.
But I do have backup lists looking something like "Completed/Completed (Awaiting New Update)/Test"
So technically that is not a devs fault but usually a fault by Ren'Py. Sometimes when they upgrade their version it breaks old saves and devs are forced to upgrade to that version to continue having support.
Like for instance the latest Ren'Py version a lot of devs upgraded to dropped x32...
In the AVN section there is also a very big lack of heterosexual furry related content.
Very rare to find a good one while the gay section has a plethora of it.
I have dropped more games to this than probably anything else.
Censoring and removing content within a category when the game was known/popular for that category is also a big one so that they can push the game on Steam.
