This is the second-longest visual novel I've ever played. Back on Steam, I spent over seventy hours grinding for all achievements and unlocking every gallery—without skipping any cutscenes, mind you. And I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it
If a developer abandons a game, I see two extremes. One is when they make a huge fortune in a short time—like some games I played where the developers raked in big bucks from Bitcoin and just ditched the game. The other is when they can't sustain it financially. For players, if I've subscribed...
It's absolutely worth it. The modeling alone is already superior to most HS2 games, and the storyline is solid too. The developers are quite responsible as well. Just my personal take
This is also why I didn't purchase this game on Steam. I bought a few games that were still in beta testing, only for the developers to stop updating them afterward. My money was gone
For the games I've played, if the story genuinely hooks me, I'll actually read every character's dialogue carefully, afraid of missing any details. If the plot's mediocre, I'll skip through it and still get the gist—my main goal is unlocking the gallery. Everyone's different; you can't lump us...
This game seems to have a glitch where previous save files become unloadable after every update. I stopped playing it a long time ago and haven't touched it since. Unless I wait for it to conclude, I'll have to start over every time it gets updated
It has little to no impact on me. I use it solely to follow developers and stay updated on their latest developments, which also gives me a channel to occasionally report bugs
I bought this game on Steam, but I have to say, there's just not enough content right now

Is there such a patch? I've never seen one that can increase save
I've only played version 0.8.6. Even though there's a newer version out now, I'd rather wait a bit longer. You know how it is—the best things are worth saving for last
