Going by the previews, the girls seem to have all the same body size. Only hair and skin color changes. Even the faces seem similar. -

In the beginning of the game you had the options for a lust or darker route. But the dev seem to have steered away from that. The teacher is the only with some interactions and Annie only had that option 1 time. He's focusing on the Lust/ Love part. Too bad he abandoned Dirty Pool. -
