Completed or Ongoing games?

No - but it is an interesting point that like TV, movies, music, etc - VNs may help, or inspire, someone to learn English. -

Do you play as yourself or role-play as someone else?

Continue making game or improve early chapters?
New chapters for sure, keep the game going. Agree with what various others have already said, if want to improve/upgrade earlier parts of the game – great – but do it once the game is finished. Fixing some bugs that have been identified in previous releases is fine so someone playing for the... -

game length
Agree with several others in this thread - the first release should provide enough content to set up the story and get the player interested in wanting to continue. If it does this length may not be critical, but having 1 to 2 hours of play time is nice.- Lepomis

Does the same 3D models in multiple games ever bother you?
It really doesn't bother me. But, as others have pointed out it is nice if the character in each game is meant to be someone 'new' or different then exact copies are disappointing.- Lepomis

Do you change the MC's name and to what?
I use the same first name for the MC in all the games I play. Tend not to change the last name if that is an option, and tend to not change the names of the other characters in the game. -

Should we have more games with "Average" looking and sized people?
Of course the main thing is - to each his/her own - if you are into the mega-giant breasts and flagpole cocks that's great - good for you - there seems to be no shortage of games like that.
