Some VNs depict your character having a male "buddy" or sidekick. I'm not talking about a sharing situation, or M-M romance, or anything like that, just a friend who is a part of the plot. Problem is, they might not even bother investigating, but just decide that they believe the report, especially if a second user also reports the same thing. They aren't government/police, so they don't have to follow "innocent until proven guilty".
