If its the one I'm thinking of and not the fan made one then yeah its dead. The guy who worked on it was either fired or quit I can't remember which. At first they said they were going to replace him which they never did and then said they'd fix the code as they updated.- username7/8

While this game did start in 2018 it was put on the back burner for years due to the other game taking up all the dev's free time and when he did start working on it again in 2022 he reworked it from the ground up.
