Why do you think there is so much censorship on other platforms, knowing that they are pixels and not real people in games?
Besides the "loli is as bad as real thing" argument people love to throw around, the platforms themselves tend to get spooked off and on when laws change or like when the dev got arrested in Australia last summer.
