    sometimes, depends on the game. Generally why I like the harem route, no major disappointment for anyone, even if I know it's unrealistic.

    Can be interesting. I generally like following the 'stealer', especially if there's a personal motive, outside that, I generally don't like, but the NTR can be fine, mainly if there is some kind of 'revenge' on the perpetrator within the story.

    I remember being disappointed seeing the pregnancy tag, and it being one pregnant woman, rather than impregnating characters. Still pretty good though.

    I like the M on F type. Beyond that the context also matters. Does the girl genuinely like it? that can be hot. Not liking it, but doing it to please you? Hot. Not liking it, but having to bear it for some reason? Hot in it's own way.
