As far as I know, he has not been sentenced yet. I have no idea what is going on and can only tell you all what the media is letting us know. This is the second time the media has made a claim of him being sentenced by a certain date only for it not to happen. I will continue to check Court... -

As far as most are concerned, until the picts were mentioned, yes the game etc was the main charge, but now its different. Lawyers, like people here, can argue bout the game all they want. They can not argue bout the picts. Think of this. The picts were never mentioned until AFTER he accepted... -

I would say that most will agree with you. He crossed a line. Maybe when he gets sentenced we will find out why the pictures were never mentioned until recently. I get the feeling that there is more to this that we dont know yet.
