Do you enjoy games that have/require a walkthrough?
definitely a no, like someone posted earlier, not really enjoyable to constantly spam the back button if there wasn't a walkthrough, so why would you enjoy having to basically cheat to try and appreciate the game, maybe it comes down to choices being overly complex in terms of divergent paths...- stumpy007

What do you think makes the most popular adult games stand out?

Games straight to point or games you have to grind?
Grinding with a story that has strong, well written sexual tension is usually better than non-stop meaningless sex scenes, the pay off at the end can be worth it. Humor, when appropriate is also a must.- stumpy007

Thoughts on Pineapple on Pizza?
If I remember correctly there are several historical figures that loved/love pineapple on their pizza: Adolph Hitler, Ted Bundy, Donald "orange face" Trump. Not a group I would ever want to be associated with.
