    Depends on the game and which instance of the casino. By playing in a way that would get me kicked out of a casino, I was able to win at Blackjack. Odds in a casino should always be in the house's favor, at least a little bit.

    I don't think you'll stop people from that endeavor. And if the odds are set correctly, the house will win over time, so it's not a good form of grinding. If you're going to gamble Activity Coins, I recommend doing it after you purchase the ranks you want.
