Pretty true especially if you are buying a top end cpu/ram when you do the initial build.
Then again, it sounds like this guy's got money to burn if he is doing a full new top end build every 2-3 years, so why not go big or go home.

Depends on how good the scenes were/how much I like the content. Some games I will keep around to revisit here and there (or to keep saves for an ongoing game), but a lot of them I just delete when I'm done.

Its a really cool game. I think the rng aspects hurt it for me a bit and I never got super into it, but I still thinks its awesome. The narrator is also just amazing.
Currently over 1500. I think I might have a problem. Basically open porn instead of using the ones I've got opened then don't close the ones I opened a lot of the times.
Nhentai and Exhentai are my go to. Hitomila solid as well and I used to use tsumino a decent amount but it felt like at one point it wasnt getting new content as much as others so i kinda drifted away from it.
I think it can be ok, but it needs to be made clear that its a feature, and it needs to be quick and easy to "undo" the failure state. It shouldn't feel like you have to play through a ton of content again to get back to where you were.
