Yeah, true, but I do wonder where it originated, even before the movies. Im sure there were stories about Medieval times where vampires couldn't enter a home, or Holly place without permission lest they be killed/die. I think this myth may have been invented by Hollywood. Although I am just guessing. I don't think vampires need permission to enter, although the cops or home owner may be the greatest threat lol I actually like garlic and turmeric ect. Its good in Italian and some other foods.
