Hand drawn, "3d", or ai games?

Do ratings affect whether you download a game?
For me, tags comes first, then the rating. For example, ntr tagged game has usually a lower rating than if it doesn't have the tag. On the other hand, if I find a niche tag, I will try the game though I knew it would be bad by looking at the rating. It's rare to find a game with those kinks you know- DarkenDragon
