I think one of DDFunlol's games has a questline where you hurt your friend on purpose so he can get some "tender care" from his mom. Come to think of it, it goes further with that family.
I must have missed something in Neko Paradise, then. It's been over a year since I played it, though, so maybe I didn't get far enough in or missed an update or two.
Ymmv, it uses an engine unique to that creator. There's a few bugs, but it works. I enjoyed the game, but I also unironically enjoyed Snakes on a Plane so make of that what you will.
