I agree with everything you said here ,Well your two main options are ... Unreal will give you the best visuals, and you could probably build nearly all of it with their blueprints system and not have to code much if any. Unreal will likely need a stonger PC to Dev with. I agree i havnt cared for most Unity games ive tried here(also had issues with actually downloading some), but i think the main issue is that these type of games should be less interactive and more AVN (Renpy) like.
