    waaaaay before Peter Jackson made the LOTR trilogy, we had this obscure little fantasy gem. if i had to describe it now, it would be "we have lord of the rings at home" .

    i'll add: Gattaca (1997) - thought provoking sci-fi drama , Equilibrium (2002) - a slick dystopian sci-fi action flick, and Training Day (2001) - Magnificent crime thriller with an amazing performance by Denzel Washington.

    i would say: make sure you have an achievable goal, and a highly detailed plan to go with it. provide a clear roadmap for your users/customers/investors/fan base communicate (nicely) and as often as possible get someone else to proofread and pick up your errors - we are often blind to our own...
