The problem is it's a lot of work to put in to catch, level up and explore when you know the payoff (sex) isn't as good as it could have been. Hope he gets the support he needs... -

Oh I killed the fuck out of whatever I could in my full renegade playthroughs. The only thing I regret in Mass Effect after all the replays to see all routes is killing Mordin. That was rough. How Often Do You Choose the Non-Harem Ending
If you don't choose the non harem ending, then wtf are you playing the game for? The dev took the time to render it and the least you can do is choose every option and see everything, both harem and non.
