1 lb Ground Pork,
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 tbsp sesame oil,
2 tbsp soy sauce,
1 egg
1/2 tbsp ginger powder, ginseng, or allspice (I use the latter couple when cooking enough for partner, they are ironically made nauseous by ginger)...
