First release should have enough content to stand on its own. At least double what you'd expect from a decent sized update. 2hr+ seems reasonable.- Tar

Hero or demon lord
Both can be good if the writing is okay. If I was to choose what I prefer probably demon lord. However I find those types of games to be more often terribly written. Rape and mind control can be great but they tend to be super simple in the way they do it.- Tar

Never did like rpgm. Needs to be pretty simple and quick for me to bother. Guess I used to be slightly more willing to grind but never been interested in something with 50 hours of actual gameplay. Did really enjoy how Free Fuck Ticket was done in rpgm. Works well enough and the content was great.- Tar

I definitely prefer straight to the point. Can deal with some grind sometimes but not a ton. If I can't get decent middle ground I'll still go through something that's basically a scene viewer but will avoid a grindfest.- Tar

I assume if someone is asking for a furry game they are looking for something in the 2-4 range. Not into true furry myself so 1 is all that interests me unless it's monster/animal on female or something. Don't think I have much to recommend unless he's interested in not actually furry stuff...- Tar

Which game engine? As shown in the title it's Ren'Py. Guessing you might not mean the actual game engine but maybe the art engine. Which is Honey Select 2. Just styled differently than most. Also listed in the title but in this case incorrectly as HS instead of HS2. -

Agree with almost all of this. To add to the point of teasers and other short initial releases, at this point I usually assume those games are made by devs with either an inflated ego or no understanding of the situation and releasing it as early as possible because they think it's going to make...- Tar

Should they? Probably. It could also be looked at as a matter of how long a release should be. IMO most games are too short at launch. Personally I just avoid games until they have tags like vaginal sex ect assuming there isn't enough content to be worth my time.- Tar
