.37 isn't Chapter 4 which would be 4.0 to start. It's not yet available to anyone. If you saved the end of .36 then you can roll back and continue the story.- RealLegacyUser

There is no timeline entry for .37 since it's a continuation from .36. .36 ended just before you went down the elevator. Now it continues seemlessly if you rollback and reload from that save point. It's not a timeline entry.- RealLegacyUser
