The mods. The fact that the engine is so well designed (despite being buggy af) that you could literally play any game inside it. For those that didn't get the chance to test it yet, try Enderal, which is a full standalone game made using Skyrim. -

Using employees for their own benefit by being a manager
I second on Lab Rats 2 and Strip Club Wars. They are both really grindy at core, since they are management games, but you can pretty much build your own story in-game using the mechanics offered. It helps that they are both actively developed and get constant updates. -
Good ways to learn english?
Since everyone is suggesting movies, I'll tell you what personally worked for me. I took a book I read in my native language and loved and found the english translation. You can do it at your own speed and you can use a dictionary to help on the things you don't understand.
