i know what you mean, in the beginning it is hard and even unfair/not possible to finish tasks. however. you are not forced to do them anyways. with time it gets more easy and if it fits into your shoes then you can do a task. Once you know the game and islands better, it becomes easy to finish... -

no. most of the very now stuff is not in the game (mainly girls and cosmetic items). I would not suggest to play the old version since the game got huge updates since then! Also version 0.7.1 still got the old save system and it "could" run into problems. Here are some update notes since that... -

I highly recommend NOT to load up an old Version with a "new versions save file". It is not a good idea to load up an old version. some items might change position in newer versions or spawn on different requirements. And when you save on a new version and go back to an old version, the state of... -

this unstuck was not implemented on the latest free version, if you have the newer supporter version then go to Pause-> Girls -> select the girl -> click the "stuck" button top right corner. this teleports her above the surface again. -
