Damn I really don't understand why we can't keep the gang as part of the deal or a different deal. The gang is extremely useful, and I don't 100% trust her. Plus, the MC has a large family, and protection seems like a good idea.

also forget about gang chick

gang was made for all those that were whining about bdsm when was implement it, and also its really good chance that gang path is done. there is from 0 to slim chance that will get any more developed than it is now. for bonus dev did drop Secret on gang path (for those that have used red injection on her, since she was already pregnant at choice point) and thats it as gang goes.

Is it bad that I'm not a fan of Madam? I just think the MC should avoid her, after all she tried to have the MC harmed or whatever lol.

well thats what mc got when he tried to sell drugs on already established turf, but all that was so long ago that i barely remember.
also in this game everything is optional, so you are able to say no to Madam, tho in future when she will be fuckable choice will already be made.
point with current main choice between madam/bdsm -> bdsm will be expanded, if you choose 30 mil deal (more chicks like Desire and fetishes), gang wont. and you can still say no afterwards, tho after you say no there is no going back without replaying that chunk of game.

It's kind of hard to help by just what you posted, do you have 2 kids with Moko would be 1st question did you agree with Moko after 2 kid when she told you that you owe her and will do what she ask

3g. Zara – buy a motorcycle and go for a ride with her - **100% completed**
4g. Sasha and Hanna (if you become the Great Monto) – could be interested in joining - **100% completed**

**Improvements:**
1i. Bus in Mohoro (new animation) - **100% completed**
2i. Moko sex alone (after moko's 4th kid) - new sex (all holes) if you accept anal - **100% completed**

If I remember correctly the red pills are going to be come available when we buy strip club but I'll have to check that
