Made a simple "patch". It just replaces every instance of "stepdaughter(s)" with "daughter(s)". So obviously it doesn't add any flavor text and so on.
Should work fine with the old patch if you want the other edits from that one.
Just started playing this and I have one suggestion for the author. The crossfade transition that is used to transition from one picture to the next is rather annoying. In a game like this unless there is an actual reason behind a transition, it's probably not needed.
For example, I am at the part where MC is sitting down at the dinner table for the first time with Tegan and Felicia (like I said, just started playing) and it takes me twice as long to get through the scene simply because of the transitions. I would remove them entirely unless you are transitioning to an actual new scene. But right now if you have Tegan lifting a hand, or turning her head, it requires a transition and it's annoying. That's just my opinion though, others may disagree.
The renders are good though and the English isn't bad for someone whose first language isn't English.

Unfortunately with it, the game crash... ... after remove it, game still crash... I had to erase all and re-download to be able to continue from where I left

Originally all the daughters were stepdaughters (still are without the incest patch). Tegan was made several years older than the other two so that she could basically take over the parental role from the drunk aunt (after mom died) once she got old enough to work. Plenty of women in their mid-20s look like women and not girls. She's way too young-looking to be a believable MILF, not that that stops a lot of devs of mommyfucker games who make the mom look not much older than her daughters.
