But in a sense, the OC question is moot, Blackmailing the Family and many many many others certainly also explores 'alternate customs', but its 'normal' for the characters in the setting.

That one has quite a few tags I hate - unavoidable ntr is a hard no.

Twisted World is the only game off the top of my head that fits the bill. MC dies and gets sent to a world where gender roles are reversed. Women are larger, stronger, and more sexually aggressive. While men tend to be smaller, softer, and more focused on emotional intimacy than physical gratification.

I won't believe it until I go and see it. And let's assume it's true. Let's assume it's 100% true. Upon reading the title, I wondered whether the OP meant customs like at the border. I.e. a game where you have to pay custom or other fees upon changing worlds. ;-)

You mean where there are 1000 girls born for every boy (would have to be to stay that way.) Women would have to do almost everything - and men would be kept as a sort of valuable commodity and probably kept from anything dangerous. Maybe even as a sort of sex/reproduction slave for the women.

Horiszon zero dawn comes to mind. The game introduces several tribes with distinct ways of life. These tribes have unique belief systems, customs regarding technology, and approaches to survival

What kink elevated to a societal customs would you like to see explored in a game set in an alternate world? Normalized incest? Nudism? Free use?

What games have done an unusually good job of doing this already?

Note that alternate world could be a full blown Alt-Earth, or our Earth but in the past/future, or an isolated community in our reality where things have gotten interesting but no one outside has noticed.

The MC could be a visitor who doesn't know the custom, or someone raised in it.

I've played with making a story about an alternative world were Futanari was the primary gender, with males being rare (~12%) of the population and pure females even more so (~3%).
As I developed it, I determined futas needed ruts and heats to work effectively. But this started going to close to Omegaverse topics than I intended.
I liked the world, it required a state or religiously regulated system of brothels to function. These became a social norm for those in heat and rut.
