I have played similar but I can't remember their names. I can see how this mechanic would be hard to find as there isn't a tag for it. RoomGirl Paradise and other Illusion games aren't exactly like this but they do have interactive sex scenes with orgasm meters. But as far as adult games where you control the positions goes, nothing comes close to the sims 4 with those unmentionable mods

actually there is a game, I think, in the game request area with a similar gameplay. (For me it is annoying. So I broke with it.) This I mean.

Off the top of my head there's Long Live the Princess and a little bit of it in Two Sides.

I guess it depends on whether he specifically wanted an interactive animated minigame or just the premise of "character is sleeping and doing too much will wake her".

Actually I'm not too focused on the "don't wake her up" element. It's more the "doing it right" part if that makes sense?
Like (a small) grind finding out what is the correct order amount and what are the results.

That's a little different then; I'm not sure if either game I mentioned really fits that.
