discussion Buy members+ or save for interest for higher tier?

So I'm working towards getting enough coins for members+ and I was wondering once I have enough, should I buy immediately or wait a little since my interest will be higher to garner more coins? I know some content is locked behind the prestige tiers, but is it even worth it? I'd hate to spend all my coins then start another steep uphill battle with low interest.

I guess its really up to you at the end of the day. If your interest earned is high enough (I don't have a lot atm, getting like 3 per day) you could hold out a little longer and post/contribute a little more to the community and get at least Prestige 1 then rebuild from there to get something higher if you choose.

Yeah id recommend grabbing members +. The other tiers will take you a long time so I don't think the compounding interest will be a huge loss if you keep commenting in threads.

Outside of profile customization the only ranks that matter is members+ and prestige 4, of which p4 has all benefits below it including m+. So unless you just want to flex and don't care for members+ benefits then just get members+ and save up for other ranks after. Also if it were me i'd wait till i have 50 extra coins so i'll have at least 1 coin in daily interest

Depends on what you want. just smol games? +, is all you need. You want to see the image threads? you need p4.
For +, you can get in a day of dedicated gif posting in the hideout.
for p4... that's gonna take a while.
In the meantime...

Save up to get members+ since that provides about 80% of what the website is for anway, buy it on a discount, continue to collect interest. It starts adding up after a while.

My recommendation for LC coins:

1) Make some posts. If you can do a couple each day that is best.
2) Put all the coins you get from posting in the bank AFTER you collect interest (daily). Unless there has been a change deposit and withdrawal will restart the timer without adding interest (so waiting until collection time just means less issues)
2) When you get enough to buy member+ WAIT
3) Continue collecting interest and putting coins in the bank
4) When the next discount starts buy Member+. Or you can wait a little longer if you want to build up a few more coins from interest.

This should help get Member plus relatively quickly AND give some extra left for opening Prestige levels quicker. Even if you want the locked content, I recommend waiting for a discount just so it doesn't cost as much.

Member+ is most of the content (as far as I know) -- I bought member + the moment I could AT A DISCOUNT... Now i am saving for Prestige 4 (not 1, 2 or fucking 3) out of curiousity -- am halfway now (and it is going fast

So what's this about unlimited reactions? Can you only receive a limited amount of reactions without P1? Also, does receiving any amount of reactions on a single comment give you 5 points, or is it 5 points per reaction? I've read the Coin Hustler thread, but it doesn't specify this to my knowledge.

Also, the Lurker Thread scares me... I've tried lurking the Lurker Thread but have no idea how to contribute because I never understand the context of the current ongoing conversation and it just looks random to me. This further cements my role as a lurker because I am lost and afraid So far, the most successful I've been able to engage on this site is to create a few threads and a couple comments.

Without any Prestige Rank you have a cooldown for giving reactions (likes).
Any post you do (except in your own threads) gives you 5 coins, every reaction you recive gives you 5 coins too, no matter if positive, negative or neutral.

I think I've ran across your thread before and the wording left me with the same question as it states receiving reactions gives 5 credits instead of something like receiving reactions gives 5 credits for each reaction

No limitation on receiving reactions. But you have a cooldown on giving out reactions to other comments. You get 5 LC for each reaction your post receives.

Lurker thread can be a bit intimidating but everyone is super nice. You can read the last couple pages and then just reply to anything that grabs your attention! Plus there you will earn more LC for each post as well, which you don't here since you made this thread. It is random that's kind of the point, we love gifs there so post some fun ones! Just hop in and the more you yap in that thread you will be surprised at how fast you start earning!
