I think "No Mercy" is an excellent Blackmail/Rape/Forced/Corruption game, it needs more content, but it's still active and they are trying to come out with monthly updates.... which is no small task!

What do you mean by slow corruption? Like corruption that goes through stages?
The ones i've played that have corruption are: Urban Demons, Corruption, Superpowered, S.H.E.L.T.E.R. - An Apocalyptic Tale, Lab Rats 1 and 2, Take Over, Public Sex Life H, iNSight of you, Cohabitation, My new neighbors, Deviant Discoveries (abandoned but worth trying), Between Salvation and Abyss and Holstein Girls

Slowest one I've played was Power Vacuum, you eventually corrupt the girls but it moved so slow and the worst part is it's sandbox, the animations and sex scenes were amazing though

Don't get me wrong, though. I love the game SOOOO much, and I believe it's one of the hottest slow burns out there, but daaaamn. The wait for her to get fucked is becoming painful.
