I do think jealously between love interests tends to be underexplored in most games. Too often all the girls just kinda don't care how many of them you're sleeping with, and that can leave them feeling like flat characters (their personality you deviants).

Absolutely, jealousy needs to be taken into consideration more. I get how a realistic depiction of that would not go too well with most games' harem routes and how the best possible outcome would be for everyone to agree with mc's wishes/actions/preferences. But even just a hint of jealousy adds so much spice to the game and volume to characters, as you suddenly consider how characters react to things they might come to know about and how to best hide any nefariously narcissistic notoriety.

I am enjoying her bimbo route so far personally. She was a stripper, then a cop. She wasn't crazy about a cop but it was a career she was good at and would have taken her places. She enjoyed sex and was willing to experiment with new things. With the bimbo route, she kind of found a sugar daddy, she realized she wouldn't need to work, and she started low-key whoring herself. She wanted more things, a horse, a summer cottage, and she would get more submissive and depraved so she could extend the relationship. It seems like she came to enjoy herself too, or perhaps before slightly induced to do certain things. Then before you know it, a fiercely jealous girl is watching her boyfriend have fun with Lydia while drinking the urine of three different people. It's a different kind of bimbofication.

That true, too. It does look somewhat credible and the way it's a plausible route due to her past and personal kinky preferences, all hidden beneath her start-of-the-game cop persona, makes it a wonderful path to experience the game on.

Ellie's corruption shares the throne with bimbo-steph for me. I greatly enjoy the increasing level of lewdness in attire and demeanor, as well as the bitchy attitude it comes with, even though I think it started a little too fast and steep, making it plateau somewhat in the middle of the story (up until close to the end actually).
Being able to date Ellie and then fool around with her sisters behind her back is quite nice as well, I'd like to point out.

Other games with that kind of bitching amongst the girls?...

- Not on that level of realism/slice of life credibility, but "Harem Hotel" has a few characters that are at each other's throats regulary, well written, too. It's made with honey select models though, well customized mind you, but still...,—not daz —and it's set in an alternate reality with fantasy elements.

- "Being a DIK" has some cat-fighting on a more credible level, at least in the first few chapters, before it swan dived into shit

- Blackheart's "Personal Assistant" does have some attitude-laden bitchery, too
