This was a WEIRD but interesting game. I wish that the sequel hadn't been abandoned. Worth a play, but If I remember right a walkthrough helps a LOT.

While the story is a little dumb this one is very dear to us, this is the first VN my wife show to me, the renders look a little dated but it's quite good, give it a try.

Do I remember correctly that it has a limited number of saves? Really annoyed me back when I played it, hard to do the various paths without starting again each time and overwriting old saves.

Basically, it IS ancient in terms of when it was made (6 years ago), the models and tech used (there have been a LOT of advancements), and just in general. In the world of adult games so much has changed in the last few years.

Just a silly thought.
