Totally get it from the perspective of bisexuality. I can definitely see the "best of both worlds" (As KinKollector said) being an outgrowth of that.

There's a theory I heard once about how guys are aroused by the sight of tits and pussy, but adding a penis surprisingly increased arousal response. I'd guess one of the biggest reasons people like it aside from just being a fetish is that it's a non-threatening penis.
