discussion I would like the option to hide LC coin notifications from the top right menu

You know how you can ask to have reactions and quotes hidden from your notifications? Is it possible to have the same for the "You earned X LC Coin"?

Go to your profile, select preferences on the left side, and go to the bottom under "alerts page and summary settings", select either off, or custom and configure it as you would like it.

Yeah, that's the issue. There's no way to remove the "You earned LC Coin" notification that i know of. There's no "coin" section.

I think turning off general notifications in settings will do, I turned it all off yesterday and haven't gotten any notifications at all

Yup. I'm only getting them when someone replies to a post of mine, or sends me a message directly.

Better than the 231 notifications I had this morning. Almost made me just close the browser and find something else to do.

Until I buy the VIP, yeah. You're there on getting the + and access to everything. VIP just gives you a Shiny badge on your member info... so shiny.

...and we see why I'm not good with people... they aren't shiny enough.

I like to keep some notifications on. Do you not have any idea what the coin notification could be under?

I'd rather hide people rating games i follow if i like it i like it I'll find out later if other like it or not.

there is a custom "you earned coin" notification click that bell and go to preferences under custom the "you triggered" events are the ones you want to hide
